Developing strategies to support adult social care: Easy read
Phases
Initial consultation - Developing strategies to support adult social care: Easy read
We are trying to make long term outcomes for our citizens better. To do this we are writing Strategy documents. This will help us in our work at adult social care.
The Strategy documents will tell you what we want to do. The Strategy documents will tell you our core values.
Strategy documents are important. They tell you what WCBC adult social care are planning to do.
They are supported by policies and guidance.
They show how the strategy will work.
We will involve people who use WCBC adult social Care. People who are affected by what adult social Care do.
This will bring different voices to change adult social care.
This is called co-production.
This will make sure changes show ‘What Matters’ to our citizens.
Co –production means we are asking for your views to change adult social care.
There are 9 questions in this consultation. The survey could take around 15-20 minutes to complete.
