Developing strategies to support adult social care
In order to add value and influence better long term outcomes for our citizens, a suite of strategy documents to guide and support our work in adult social care is required that outlines our intent in line with our core values. Strategy documents are high-level, broad, forward looking statements of intent; these in turn are supported by relevant process and guidance documents that demonstrate how the strategy is brought to life.
We want to ensure that we involve people with experience and those affected by key issues to bring a diversity of voices to influence and shape our strategic position for adult social care. We will take a co-production approach to ensure our strategies reflect ‘What Matters’ to our citizens, and so we are asking for your views on a series of strategic areas.
